My Testimony
I was born and raised in the church, grounded in a foundation of faith, discipline, and Godly principles. My father, Bishop Courtney Williams, and my mother, Carmen Williams, along with my three sisters and three brothers, raised us in the fear of the Lord, teaching us righteousness, holiness, and the truth of God’s Word. Though we were not always obedient or perfect, the values instilled in me from a young age have remained firmly rooted in my heart.
At the age of fifteen, I was appointed as a deacon. While this was an early call to service, I was not always walking in complete obedience. Yet, even in my mistakes, I always knew the difference between right and wrong because of the Word of God that had been instilled in me.
I married my beautiful and Godly wife, Denise Rodney-Williams, at the age of twenty-two. She is my backbone and my strength in this walk of faith, standing faithfully beside me through every trial and triumph. Together, we are raising two children, Calvin Williams Jr. and Calise Williams, who are daily reminders of God’s blessing and our responsibility to walk uprightly before Him.
From a young age, I began to notice inconsistencies in certain doctrines taught within my local assembly. As teachings were presented, questions would arise in my spirit. It was during many nights of prayer and study that God began revealing truth to me, bringing clarity to what I had sensed.
A significant moment came through a prophecy spoken by my late cousin Mark, a minister and pastor. He declared that the Lord would give me revelations many would see as new, and that these truths might bring rejection. Yet he encouraged me to stand firm, reminding me that these were eternal truths from God.
This aligned with an earlier prophecy I received at fifteen from Evangelist Lawson in Jamaica, who declared that if I remained under my father’s guidance, God would make me a great preacher of righteousness in the last days.
Shortly after my marriage, I experienced a divine visitation where God revealed to me the spiritual condition of the church. Years later, another messenger confirmed deeply personal details only God knew, bringing full understanding to what I had seen.
From that point forward, I became burdened by false teachings and misinterpretations of Scripture. Today, I pastor at The Church of Jesus Christ United Body, teaching these revealed truths without compromise.
Through every trial, visitation, and prophetic word, I have learned to trust God fully and stand boldly in His truth. My prayer is that this testimony encourages others to seek God earnestly, pursue truth without compromise, and remain steadfast in faith.
